Through the Job Ready Program, students will receive comprehensive training in employability and career readiness skills, including effective communication, teamwork, critical thinking, interview preparation, and CV development. The program will also help students better understand workplace expectations and develop the confidence needed to successfully transition from education to employment. In addition, students will gain access to Wadhwani Foundation’s digital learning platform, which offers an interactive and flexible learning experience designed to strengthen employability skills through self-paced and guided learning pathways.

The collaboration also includes access to the Jobs Connect platform, enabling students and graduates to connect with potential employers, explore career opportunities, and benefit from a broader professional network.
